I know there's a copyright on the tower at night, but there are also terms that allow a submission.

- I don't use the picture for commercial purpose and I'm going to deny the downloads on this picture, just to be on the save side.
- This picture is only for private purpose.
- This picture will not be sold to anyone.
- All rights on the lighting belong to SETE – illuminations Pierre Bideau.
-The lighted image of the Eiffel Tower is registered in France at the “INPI” under the number 1379547 from March 26th 1996.
- However, the credit for the picture belongs to me.
